Spirii speaks OCPP 1.6 and OCPP 2.0.1. Adding a charger is a matter of pointing it at the Spirii gateway with the right credentials, then registering it in the Hub.

Get OCPP credentials

Each charge point gets a unique chargeBoxId and a basic-auth password.

Configure the charger

Point the charger at wss://ocpp.spirii.com/v16 (or /v201) and set its credentials.

Verify the boot

The first BootNotification triggers automatic registration. Confirm in the Hub.

Map EVSEs

Set connector metadata, max power, and availability.
Some charger firmwares require a reboot after OCPP credentials change. Check the manufacturer’s docs before deploying to the field.
